Submission of Papers
Researchers and authors are invited to submit original, high-quality manuscripts to Neutrosophic Sets and Systems (NSS), a peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed, open-access academic journal published by the University of New Mexico and the Neutrosophic Science International Association.

Before submitting, authors are required to:

Ensure that the manuscript complies with the formatting requirements

Confirm the originality of the work and appropriate ethical declarations
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review conducted by at least two independent reviewers. The review process typically takes 4–6 weeks. The editorial board makes the final decision based on reviewers’ recommendations and the journal’s editorial standards.

Authors must ensure the submitted work:

Is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere

Properly cites all referenced materials

Has appropriate ethical approval for any research involving human/animal subjects (if applicable)
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. All manuscripts are screened using advanced plagiarism detection software.
Article Processing Charges (APC)A modest publication support fee of $200 is applicable only after acceptance of the manuscript.

Waivers are available for authors from low-income countries (as defined by the World Bank).
These fees help cover editorial processing, peer-review coordination, DOI registration, long-term archiving, and open-access dissemination.
Open Access LicenseAll articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
LanguageAll papers must be submitted in English. Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally proofread before submission.
