Open Access & Licensing
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems (NSS) is a fully open-access journal. All content published in NSS is freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication—without subscription fees or access restrictions—by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
1. Open Access PolicyAll articles are published under the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles or use them for any other lawful purpose without asking prior permission from the publisher or the authors, provided the work is properly cited.
2. Copyright and LicensingAuthors retain the copyright of their published work. Upon acceptance, authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right to publish, archive, and disseminate the article.
All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to:
-
Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
-
Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially
as long as proper credit is given to the original authors and source.
