Abstract
This research studies the deterioration of environmental quality and inadequate disposal of solid waste, anthropic pressure in protected areas; Angochagua, located in the Ibarra canton, province of Imbabura. Several situations of environmental damage have been evidenced, being a topic of analysis, due to the violation of citizen rights regarding the deterioration and violation of protected areas, as well as misinformation and ignorance of the law by peasant groups. In this sense, this research proposes a multicriteria neurosophic method to determine the deterioration of environmental quality due to inadequate disposal of solid waste. The results suggest that the lack of knowledge of the law, such as the recognition of nature as a subject of rights, has caused several environmental problems such as inadequate disposal of solid waste, causing pollution of nature, that is, the poisoning of water, land and air, causing several areas of the protected area to begin to erode as a consequence of this phenomenon. The absence of effective control and regulation of human and mechanical activities in nature have also been the main causes of the violation of the right to the environment in protected areas.
