Abstract

Positive Psychology offers key approaches to education, emphasizing the development of positive emotions and the promotion of human strengths within institutions. An essential aspect, starting in the early years of school, is fostering emotional states in students that favor the discovery of their virtues and strengths, which can have positive effects on both personal and collective levels. The objective of this research was to develop a Multicriteria Neutrosophic Method for evaluating the application of Positive Psychology in the institutional and educational context from the perspective of Reflective Transformative Inquiry. The results demonstrate the relationship between the transformative model and the approaches of the Akumal Manifesto, which promotes educational improvement by fostering intrinsic motivation, creativity, and well-being within educational institutions.
