Neutrosophic multicriteria method to evaluate the protection of children and adolescents against the figure of computer-sexual delinquency
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study analyzes public policies for the protection of boys, girls and adolescents against the sexual-informatic criminal figure “child grooming” in Ecuadorian legislation. The objective of the research is to develop a multicriteria neutrosophic method to evaluate the protection of boys, girls and adolescents against the sexual-computer criminal figure. The proposed method bases its operation on a multiexpert multicriteria approach with the use of neutrosophic numbers. The application of the proposed method is carried out in a case study in the city of Ibarra, from which it was possible to carry out an analysis of the behavior of this crime. It is concluded that, despite the existence of standards for the protection of children and adolescents, the main cause of computer sexual crimes is the misuse of the Internet and the lack of parental control, as well as the fact that there is no effective dissemination of the rights of children and adolescents.
