The objective of this study is to analyze administrative infractions of sexual connotation, in order that the power of the state resolves to provide appropriate review resources to reduce cases of sexual abuse in Ecuador and particularly in the education system. Given that the administrative summaries issued by the Ministry of Education only review and affirm that each and every one of the administrative processes of sexual connotation show errors of fact and law in their resolutions, arguments that are supported by the establishment of District Conflict Resolution Boards that are not in disregard, in that they do not specify or single out specific cases. In order to achieve this objective, a neutrosophic model is proposed that helps to recommend which are the administrative infractions of sexual connotation in the Ecuadorian educational system.
