Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to introduce the notion of single-valued bipolar pentapartitioned neutrosophic set (SVBPNS). We also present some supporting examples and prove some basic properties of SVBPNS. We define score function and accuracy function of SVBPNS, and establish their basic properties. We define the single-valued bipolar pentapartitioned neutrosophic arithmetic mean (SVBPNAM) operator and the single-valued bipolar pentapartitioned neutrosophic geometric mean (SVBPNGM) operator and prove their basic properties. We develop two Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) strategies namely SVBPNS-MADM Strategy based on SVBPNAM operator and SVBPNS-MADM strategy based on SVBPNGM operator under SVBPNS
environment. Finally, we present a real world numerical example to illustrate the developed strategies.
