Abstract

This article shows the neutrosophic abstraction of M/M/c Queuing model (QM) with Encouraged
 Arrival (En. A) and heterogeneous servers. Here we derive the system’s performance indicators of NM/NM/c
 QM with En. A and heterogeneous servers. The numerical example for the above model with its respective
 graphs are also depicted.
