Abstract

Medical advancements have arisen as a result of technological development, scientific progress, and the numerous
investigations conducted in various medical fields. It is essential to establish the relationship between ethical principles and
medical research and experimentation, where the protection of the subject should take precedence in any experimental trial.
Medical ethics has been a historical topic since the inception of medicine, and its principles are of immeasurable value in the
development of scientific research and experimentation. The study presented here conducts an evaluation based on neutrosophic
to assess the levels of ethical application in medical research and experimentation involving human subjects. The major
challenges present in its components are identified, and the necessary actions for their resolution are carried out through the
analysis of neutrosophic criteria and the application of the TOPSIS method and Fuzzy Cognitive Maps.
