Abstract

In this study, we give a new outranking approach for multi-attribute decision-making problems in bipolarneutrosophic environment. To do this, we firstly propose some outranking relations for bipolar neutrosophic numberbased on ELECTRE, and the properties in the outranking relations are further discussed in detail. Also, we developed aranking method based on the outranking relations of for bipolar neutrosophic number. Finally, we give a real exampleto illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
