Party-building exercises are essential to foster political literacy and social responsibility
in students within the framework of ideological education and civic growth in higher education
institutions. However, a methodical assessment based on pertinent criteria is necessary to
guarantee their efficacy in teaching. This study offers a thorough methodology for evaluating the
learning results of party-building activities at the university level. This study offers a clear
roadmap for enhancing the planning and execution of these operations by comparing various
implementation methods and identifying important performance metrics. A multi-criteria
decision-making (MCDM) process is used to improve the evaluation's depth and dependability.
The MOOSRA method is used to rank the alternatives. The Neutrosophic Confidence Cubic Sets
is used to overcome uncertainty and vague information. The results are intended to provide
educators and policymakers working on ideological and political education reform with useful
advice.
