Abstract

This research proposes a novel decision-making framework to enhance
ideological and political education (IPE) in universities by integrating the α-Discounting
Multi-Criteria Decision Making (α-D MCDM) method with Neutrosophic Logic. The
objective is to reconcile conflicting perspectives—such as party directives, academic
values, and student attitudes—within a consistent and mathematically rigorous structure.
The methodology allows for modeling imprecise, vague, or uncertain preferences using
neutrosophic truth values (T, I, F), which are then incorporated into α-parameterized
systems of linear and nonlinear equations. A detailed case study is included, simulating
decision inputs from multiple university stakeholders, and fully worked with precise
mathematical calculations and normalized outcomes. This integrated model provides a
scalable and adaptable mechanism for ideological alignment, stakeholder balance, and
political leadership optimization in educational strategy.
