Abstract

The quality and efficacy of higher education in mathematical sciences are significantly
influenced by the academic management of university mathematics programs. Since mathematics
is the foundation of many fields, including engineering and economics, its academic governance
necessitates strict quality requirements. The main standards for assessing the administrative
caliber of mathematics programs at the university level are examined in this research. The study
illustrates how these elements interact together to affect educational results using a criteria
framework that includes curriculum relevance, faculty competency, administration effectiveness,
student assistance, and evaluation methods. This study introduces a single valued neutrosophic
twofold algebra model to combine twofold algebra with neutrosophic set. We use neutrosophic
set to overcome uncertainty and vague information. We introduce an application to show the best
criterion. The goal of the study is to offer a methodical, neutrosophic approach to evaluating and
improving academic administration. In the end, the results are meant to help math departments
with strategic academic planning and ongoing quality improvement.
