Abstract

The evolution of university sports management models and sports teaching quality has
become a critical factor in shaping holistic educational experiences and fostering physical literacy
among students. This study aims to evaluate various university-level sports management
frameworks and their impact on the quality of sports instruction using a structured various
criteria assessment approach. Key evaluation criteria include curriculum relevance, faculty
expertise, infrastructure, student engagement, and the integration of technology. Six different
sports management models ranging from centralized departments to digital-driven systems are
analyzed for their effectiveness in supporting teaching quality and athletic development. By
systematically comparing these models, the research provides insight into which structures offer
the most balanced approach to administrative efficiency and educational excellence. This study
uses the neutrosophic set to overcome uncertainty and vague information. This study combines
m-polar with a single valued neutrosophic set to use the definitions and operations of m-polar
single valued neutrosophic set (m-PSVNS).
