This paper introduces an original and innovative mathematical framework,
integrating Neutrosophic Logic and Quantum Calculus, termed the Quantum
Neutrosophic Calculus (QNC), specifically designed for dynamically evaluating and
optimizing Human Resource Management (HRM) capabilities under conditions of
uncertainty and ambiguity. The proposed QNC framework is capable of modeling
complex real-world HRM systems by simultaneously capturing the quantum discrete
nature of dynamic changes and the inherent neutrosophic uncertainties (truth,
indeterminacy, and falsity). We construct novel quantum-neutrosophic differential and
integral equations, establishing a series of foundational mathematical definitions,
theorems, and illustrative examples demonstrating their applicability. An original
Adaptive Quantum-Neutrosophic Evaluation Index (AQNEI) is formulated to practically
measure and enhance HRM capabilities dynamically. A comprehensive real-life case
study from an enterprise context is fully calculated, verifying the framework’s
effectiveness, accuracy, and practical relevance. The proposed method offers a powerful
mathematical tool for decision-makers to precisely manage and improve HRM systems in
rapidly changing and uncertain environments.
