Abstract

Volume 88 of Neutrosophic Sets and Systems presents a thoughtful and innovative exploration of interconnectedness through the lens of neutrosophic logic. This volume introduces a new conceptual framework that models human relationships using Neutrosophic Complete Graphs, an advanced mathematical structure designed to capture the complexity of social, philosophical, and logical interactions.

Drawing inspiration from philosophical ideas such as Ubuntu, which emphasizes collective identity and shared humanity, as well as the Eastern concept of the "logic of not," the work in this volume challenges traditional binary thinking. Rather than viewing relationships as simply present or absent, the neutrosophic approach allows for various degrees of truth, falsehood, and uncertainty. This provides a more accurate and flexible representation of real-world human connections.

A key metaphor explored in this volume is the Borromean ring,s a structure where elements are interlinked in such a way that removing one breaks the entire system. This symbol effectively illustrates how individuals and communities are often bound together in ways that cannot be reduced to separate parts. The neutrosophic framework reflects this idea by enabling the modeling of dynamic, ambiguous, and interdependent relationships.

This volume also highlights the limitations of classical and fuzzy graph theories when applied to complex human systems. By incorporating indeterminacy as an essential component alongside truth and falsehood, Neutrosophic Complete Graphs offer a richer and more realistic modeling tool. Potential applications include social systems analysis, community development, and interdisciplinary research in logic, ethics, and network theory.

Overall, Volume 88 makes a significant contribution to the development of neutrosophic science by offering new insights into how interconnectedness can be understood, represented, and analyzed across various domains. It demonstrates the growing relevance of neutrosophic models in addressing the challenges of ambiguity, contradiction, and complexity in both theoretical and applied contexts.
