Abstract

Occupational health and safety (OHS) risks in modern logistics enterprises are complex
and interrelated. Traditional evaluation methods often ignore the dynamic interaction
between different risks. In this paper, we propose a novel mathematical model based on
neutrosophic cubic fuzzy sets to evaluate OHS risks more effectively. We introduce a new
operator called the Neutrosophic Cubic Fuzzy Dynamic Interaction Operator (NCFDIO).
This operator models the mutual influence between different risk factors using algebraic
product and sum operations with adjustable parameters. The proposed model allows
experts to give uncertain and incomplete opinions, and then combines these opinions with
the interaction logic. We also provide a complete case study to show how the model works
with real data from logistics operations. The results show that our method offers a more
realistic and flexible evaluation of health and safety risks than traditional approaches.
