: Big data and informatization have created new avenues for improving university
athletics' accountability, ethics, and transparency. The use of digital technology provides creative
ways to uphold integrity as higher education institutions increasingly struggle to protect equity
and fight corruption in athletics. This study investigates how big data technologies, such as digital
performance portfolios, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and smart supervision platforms,
enable academic institutions to set up transparent and impenetrable systems for fair evaluation,
anti-doping detection, and record-keeping. Additionally, the study highlights how
informatization may be used to promote sports ethics education through data-driven feedback
and e-learning modules, resulting in a multifaceted framework that blends human values with
technical accuracy. This study proposes a neutrosophic model to solve uncertainty. We use the
Type-2 neutrosophic fuzzy set. We show the criteria weights and ranking the alternative.
University athletics can promote trust, equity, and long-term cultural sustainability by fusing
integrity-focused governance with cutting-edge data analytics. The results emphasize how crucial
it is to strike a balance between ethical teaching and technology innovation to create a
comprehensive integrity system in athletic settings.
