To assess artistic performance in sports dance, a multifaceted framework that
transcends technical skill is needed to capture the expressive and aesthetic core of the art form.
To systematically evaluate the creative quality of sports dance at competitive and educational
levels, this study suggests a set of metrics and criteria. Expressiveness, musical interpretation,
originality and inventiveness, technical-aesthetic integration, stage presence and communication,
and aesthetic harmony are the six main qualities that are recognized. Emotional engagement,
rhythm synchronization, choreographic innovation, flow and fluidity, partner coordination,
expressive dynamics, audience impact, costume and visual design, dramatic storytelling, and
overall artistic impression are some of the ten alternatives that further operationalize these
criteria. This study uses the Complex Neutrosophic Environment to solve uncertainty and vague
information. This study proposes a methodology to rank the alternatives. The research offers a
well-rounded framework that recognizes both the subjective and objective components of artistic
performance by including both dimensions. The results show that to provide a comprehensive
review that fosters creative development, competitive fairness, and educational enrichment,
artistic evaluation in sports dance must take into consideration cultural, aesthetic, and
psychological aspects in addition to skill.
