One important tactic for raising the standard of higher education at application-focused
colleges is the incorporation of innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) education into
professional course instruction. Universities must strike a balance between theoretical knowledge
and real-world application as graduates with creative thinking, entrepreneurial skills, and strong
professional experience are in high demand due to global economic and industrial
transformations. To evaluate the quality of professional course instruction when integrated with
I&E education, this study suggests a multifaceted assessment approach. Criteria like classroom
efficacy, innovation integration, industry relevance, resource utilization, student learning
outcomes, and faculty development are all included in the framework. This study uses the
neutrosophic fuzzy set methodology to overcome uncertainty information.
Through an examination of several pedagogical approaches, such as project-based learning,
multidisciplinary teamwork, and industry collaborations, the research emphasizes the reciprocal
advantages of both academic success and entrepreneurial proficiency. According to research,
adding I&E components to professional courses improves students' employability, creativity, and
problem-solving abilities while also boosting institutional competitiveness and social
contribution. For those involved in higher education who want to match instructional strategies
with the changing demands of innovation-driven economies, the study offers insightful
information
