Abstract

In this paper, we introduce the concept of an n-cylindrical neutrosophic M-open set, defined as
 the union of n-cylindrical neutrosophic δP-open sets and n-cylindrical neutrosophic open sets within n
cylindrical neutrosophic topological spaces. We also explore various properties and characterizations of the
 n-cylindrical neutrosophic M-interior. Furthermore, we apply a suitable measure to a decision-making problem
 involving the calculation of incentives based on teacher performance during subject instruction.
