Neutrosophic multicriteria method for the evaluation of legal analysis on the liability of the Ecuadorian heir to the housing cooperatives
Main Article Content
Abstract
In Ecuadorian housing cooperatives, the participation of heirs reveals problems from the perspective of inheritance law. The Law has established that heirs can enter these housing cooperatives for the deceased, with the reimbursement of assets, acquiring the same rights and obligations. But only one heir is awarded that category of member. Therefore, it would be convenient to have an approach to these issues. The present research aims to develop a multicriteria neutrosophic method for the evaluation and legal analysis of the responsibility of the Ecuadorian heir with respect to housing cooperatives. The methodology was based on the mixed modality, and a non-experimental design of a descriptive and bibliographical nature. Techniques such as bibliographical review and surveys were used to quantify the results obtained. As a result, the respondents took into account that to be competent in the knowledge of norms and regulations for housing cooperatives, they must address the legal challenges that these contemplate for members and their possible heirs. In conclusion, a starting point was observed for the legal analysis regarding the conflicts that have arisen in housing cooperatives regarding the allocation of properties to members in the future.
