Main Article Content
Abstract
This article focuses on analyzing the phenomenon of the denaturalization of occasional contracts in the public service of Ecuador, specifically in relation to the constant presence of institutional needs. This research proposes the development of a neutrosophic method for the control of denaturalization profiles of occasional contracts in the public service due to permanent institutional need. The results show how this denaturalization affects the job stability and rights of the workers involved. The objective was to examine the impact of this denaturalization on the occasional contract and the relative job stability granted by the constitutional court and the rights of the public servants contemplated in the constitution. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the interrelation between occasional contracts, institutional needs and safeguarding of labor rights in the Ecuadorian framework.
