Abstract

This paper investigates the structural characteristics of quadri-partitioned neutrosophicPythagorean fuzzy ideals (QNPFIs) and Bi-Ideals (QNPFBIs) within near-rings. It is established that theintersection of any collection of QNPFIs in a near-ring continues to exhibit the properties of a QNPFI. Sim-ilarly, we show that the intersection of QNPFBIs retains its bi-ideal structure. Moreover, an analysis of thepower function of a QNPFI con rms that its fundamental properties remain intact under exponentiation. These ndings contribute to the broader study of algebraic systems incorporating fuzzy and neutrosophic uncertaintyprinciples
