A key tactic for improving value education in higher education institutions is the
incorporation of outstanding traditional Chinese culture into ideological and political instruction.
With an emphasis on how cultural heritage may enhance instructional material, fortify moral
education, and cultivate students' identification with national traditions, this study performs a
high-quality assessment of the efficacy of such integration. This assessment emphasizes the need
to incorporate traditional culture into contemporary ideological and political education using
many criteria, including cultural relevance, educational innovation, student involvement, value
transmission, and cost-benefit balance. This study uses the Knowledge Measure for IntervalValued Neutrosophic to obtain final score of each alternative. The results show that well-planned
integration gives pupils a stronger link to cultural identity, moral development, and critical
thinking in addition to improving their comprehension of socialist ideas. But there are still issues
with maintaining a methodical teaching approach, steering clear of flimsy cultural allusions, and
striking a balance between tradition and modern demands. The study highlights how crucial it is
to set precise evaluation standards, including digital and multimedia platforms, and support
multidisciplinary methods to produce long-lasting results.
