Abstract

Since the swift development of information technology has changed the face of
education, teachers' informational leadership is essential to fostering creativity, teamwork, and
successful teaching methods. The construction of indicators and the identification of elements
that influence teachers' informational leadership at the institutional level are the main objectives
of this study. The study offers a thorough framework for assessing and improving teachers'
leadership in the digital age by looking at aspects like digital literacy, information integration,
communication and teamwork, pedagogical innovation, data-driven decision-making, and
professional adaptability. The study also examines important determinants that affect teachers'
ability to effectively adopt informational leadership responsibilities, such as professional
development, institutional support, technical resources, and cultural settings. This study uses the
Multi-Valued Complex Neutrosophic Uncertain Linguistic Sets to solve uncertainty information.
The results emphasize that developing sustainable and forward-thinking educational leadership
requires teacher empowerment, legislative support, and the use of modern technology.
