Abstract

In neutrosophic set, three component valuesare restricted to [0,1]. Considering
numerous instances and practical uses, neutrosophic set is extended neutrosophic overset which
contains no elements with neutrosophic component less than zero and at least one element with
neutrosophic component larger than one by Smarandache[1]. Neutosophic over graphs (NovGs)
were defined by combining neutrosophic over sets with graphs. R. Narmada Devi et.al.[2]
introduced domination in a neutrosophic over graph, which is expressed in terms of effective edges
between the vertices. Utilizing this concept, the effective dominating matrix of NovG is determined
and the effective dominating energy in NovGs is discussed in the present study. The characteristics
of effective domination and dominating energy in neutrosophic over graphs are further examined.
