Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic method for the evaluation of mediation in the solution of family conflicts. The quantitative method was based, which produces descriptive data, which originate from data collection. Additionally, the inductive-deductive method was developed. The analytical-synthetic method was also proposed. A questionnaire was applied to a sample selected through probabilistic, simple random sampling, of 147 people. It is concluded that the foundation of the importance of implementing mediation in family disputes is revealed as a crucial step to foster healthy and sustainable relationships, the community of “El Colorado”. The diagnosis of the current panorama of knowledge of mediation as an alternative conflict resolution mechanism reveals a marked lack of information, which highlights the importance of proactively addressing the lack of awareness and understanding.
