Abstract

A neutrosophic set is a part of neutrosophy that studies the origin, nature and scope of neu-tralities as well as their interactions with different ideational spectra. In this present paper first we have introduced the concept of a neutrosophic soft set having incomplete data with suitable examples. Then we have tried to explain the consistent and inconsistent association between the parameters. We have introduced few new definitions, namely-consistent association number between the parameters,con-sistent association degree, inconsistent association number between the parameters and inconsistent as-sociation degreeto measure these associations. Lastly we have presented a data filling algorithm. An il-lustrative example is employed to show the feasibility and validity of our algorithm in practical situa-tion.
