Abstract

 Emotional intelligence has received considerable attention in recent research. Although it emerged as a topic in the 
1990s, the majority of investigations have only surfaced in recent decades. Although it emerged as a topic in the 1990s, the 
majority of investigations have only surfaced in recent decades. Studies have suggested that individuals with higher emotional 
intelligence possess greater control over their abilities, and mental wellness, and are better equipped to find quick solutions to 
the issues they encounter. This study introduces a method of measuring emotional intelligence levels in people based on neu
trosophy. The study identifies the primary challenges found in the components of emotional intelligence among citizens from 
Ecuador and outlines the necessary steps for addressing them.
