Extension of MCGDM to new type of complex Pythagorean neutrosophic set applied to soft set via weighted score function

The complex Pythagorean neutrosophic soft set (CPNSS) is signi cantly more powerful than the
complex Pythagorean and complex intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets. We now explore how to aggregate the CPNSS
decision matrix using the aggregated operation. Multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) encompasses
a variety of extensions of neutrosophic soft sets, with the TOPSIS and VIKOR approaches being particu
larly e ective. The score function can be generated by combining the TOPSIS and VIKOR algorithms with
the CPNSS-positive and negative ideal solutions. Additionally, the VIKOR and TOPSIS techniques provide
decision-making weights. Two techniques for ranking and choosing options based on several criteria are TOPSIS
and VIKOR. By decreasing the distance to a positive ideal solution and maximizing the distance to a negative
ideal solution, TOPSIS determines which option is the best. Finding a compromise solution that maximizes
collective utility and minimizes individual regret while balancing the preferences of several criteria is the main
goal of VIKOR. Both techniques can help in DM scenarios with con icting criteria, but they approach the
problem di erently. To select the best option when proximity is considered. This research aims to present an
MCGDM technique for selecting tourism locations. A team of specialists from diverse professions is consulted
in order to reach the nal decision.
